From our humble beginnings in the millennium year, we have grown in size and extended the services we offer.

Over the years we have developed and increased our fulfilment portfolio and more recently introduced skills that make us, we believe, unique in the United Kingdom.

We offer a 'from conception to consumer", operation, we have the in house expertise and experience to guide you, and your product, from its creation right through to final delivery to the client, either in a retail form or directly, via mail order, helping you to iron out all those little retail issues, that can cause considerable headaches. We act on behalf of a wide range of clients with product's, covering gift ware, health and beauty products, toys, games and consumer electrical's.

We perform all of this process ourselves, with our own warehousing, storage ranging from racked locations to shelves; lifting equipment and packing equipment further compliments this.  Our extensive range of services is available to you as a whole, or in part! If there is one particular element of our service that you require, let us say order fulfilment, and you already have your marketing plans and sales set up, we can quote you for that element alone. We can assist you with your response handling requirements, promotional fulfilment and help solve those tricky little logistic problems than can bug or creep into any particular supply chain event.

We don't profess to supply everything you may need and have focused our attention in our particular areas of expertise to ensure that you get the very best from our in house services. Although we can offer a complete fulfilment product to you, we have also set up strategic partnerships with other specialist companies who we ourselves have used. These companies, like us, specialise in their fields and we have experience of and confidence in the services they provide, as indeed they have with us. We offer a service called - foothold - supplying your product to UK consumers through one of our retail websites.

We already have of course an extensive fulfilment operation to back it up with warehousing and distribution throughout the UK, so what makes us different?

To offer an immediate retail position we have a number or retail websites of our own and of which we operate on behalf of around 50 clients.

We hold stock for you on consignment or as a fulfilment operation where you may have an office or distributor working for you. We advertise you items for sale on one of the many group website's, where we have 1000's of visitors each week, which we back with regular newsletters and product launch's e mailing our every growing number of regular customers ( circa 10,000 feb 2009 ).

All the sites are fully secure and credit card enabled and upon each purchase an order is sent directly through to our order processing system, where it is fulfilled from stock, picked, packed and despatched. We charge the customer shipping costs directly as part of the shopping basket purchase process.

Whatever we sell for you we summarise at the end of each month and advise you, you invoice us less the agree commission for our services and we pay you by return.

Furthermore we can support your UK identity by offering, at extra cost, a UK national rate telephone number and a UK Po box address, where we can answer your calls and mail.
