Based Near to Stansted Airport in Essex we are well positioned just 5 minutes from Junction 8 of the M11, giving excellent road links to all strategic logistic locations throughout the UK, the channel ports, East Anglian ports and of course London.

Handling & Storage

Our Modern, heated warehouse offers all levels of storage from shelved areas to pallet racking and we have extensive lifting and handling equipment to accommodate most requirements. Fully code located bays ensure a quick and efficient put a way and pick.

Distribution

With access to an extensive transport network we can handle all aspects of UK and worldwide despatch and distribution, covering single overnight deliveries via express carriers, special vans, palletised deliveries and smaller vehicles, bikes etc. for fast delivery of small items as required.

E commerce and E fulfilment

We operate successful mail order contracts incorportating a full range of e commerce packages for a number of clients ranging from simple posted orders through to major contracts that interact with our SQL server-based stock control system, capable of linking with the clients own web site to collect and download orders.

Order Processing & Picking

Great care is taken on every individual order that we fulfil - pick lists produced from the clients orders are double checked before being packed ready for despatch; most orders are picked the same day or next day with a standard 24 hour delivery, achieving next day delivery in 98% of cases. We operate several very successful online stores on behalf of clients ( read feedback )

Returns management

Part of any mail order operation has to be returns management, we tailor make packages for your particular requirment with full reporting. We have a technical team that can often solve an issue with an product to save it being returned. 

Customer services

Via our Enhanced digital phone system we can offer unique phone numbers direct to our customer services team to wholly back up services or products. The team manage and report to you via our reporting systems.

Sampling

We organise and assist with sampling campaigns of varying descriptions and sizes using mail-outs from supplied databases or response handling. We have the in-house capability to receive, handle, repack and re-label where required as well as managing the complete logistic requirement.

Mail 

We have all major mail facilities and accounts - we regularly feature brochure and sample mail-outs using clients' own databases.

Kitting 

Point of Sale and promotional kits are all completed in-house and we can quickly and efficiently turn around both small or large contracts.  

Labeling/Repacking

Where perhaps an incorrect label has been applied or an item requires repacking or simply turned into special packs, we have both the physical and mechanical capability to achieve a number of varied requirements.

Mechanical

We have an extensive range of machinery that can offer complimentary services to any contract or campaign including:

• Heat wrapping
• Shrink wrapping
• Strapping
• Bar code production

Reporting

Through our virtual server we offer direct reporting via our website client page or the direct emailing of reports, individually designed to the client's exact requirements. The reports update at periods selectable from one minute to one hour depending on requirement. Our triggered reporting allows any bespoke report to be sent to you, your customer or any third party, at any stage of any action or project we undertake for you.

Technology

You can stay in touch with your contract, stock and any other element you may require through our client portal, simply by logging in to your own section of the client's area. You can collect, download or print up-to-the-minute reports and information. Our facility of receiving orders direct from websites can be fully automated so that, once an order is verified at any website we control, it is immediately received into our order pool for processing, picking and despatch. We have implemented SMS ordering into some of our clients' activities which allows text messaging to be used to place orders and communicate via our SMS server for many different functions.
