Mail Order

We are able to offer a complete Mail Order service which includes:

Client specific PO Box numbers and 0800 telephone numbers available at 24 hours notice. 

Orders can be received via our 24/7 telephone call centre (see Partners), over the Internet from the client's website or by post.

All orders are transferred by a number of secure electronic means directly into our stock control system located at the Focus Head Office, delivery or picking notes are then generated automatically. Our Company policy is that all orders requiring so, will be despatched within 24 hours of receipt.

All customer information can be stored in a clients database, this together with live reporting via the Client Login area on the Focus website can aid future marketing campaigns. Reports generated by the system include a variety of both sales and stock information.
